As the World learns how to adapt and deal with the changing times surrounding COVID-19 (Corona Virus), we here at Watson Signs & Monuments are doing everything we can to adapt so that we can assist our current families as well as assist new families all while making sure our customer and our staff are safe and protected. To say it is business as usual would not be correct. However, the quality of what we do has not changed. We will still meet with you, but now we have more ways to do so. We will still meet with families in the office but are limiting the number of family members to no more than 3 and ask that everyone properly observer Social Distancing. We ask that family members who have not been been following the recommended Social Distancing guidelines or may have been exposed meet with us in another format. We are cleaning between each and every individual who walks through the door to maintain a safe environment for our community.
However, we can also just as effectively meet with you via Skype, scheduled Zoom meeting, Telephone, Facetime, or just very simply through email. What is great about these avenues is that we can safely take care of your concerns and not drop any of our services to you or your loved ones and you never have to leave your home.
With the current situations, we also understand that many families are asked to significantly downsize or suspend their funeral services for their loved ones. We have taken this time to reach out to our vendors and ask them to help us with assisting these families. We have determined that with our in house designs, we will be able to have a memorial created and installed in most cases in 6 weeks. This allows you and you to be able to have a proper place to visit and remember your loved one comfortably with out having to break Social Distancing. It will also give you something in that place so that you know you have done something for your loved on while waiting on a proper service if you chose to have the memorial services postponed.
This is all in part of us doing everything we can to make sure we are doing our very best to properly take care of families all while maintaining their safety. We understand that currently the situation is still fluid and that as time progresses things may need to change. But what will not change is that our quality and our desire to help you through a tough time.
